Our coaching team are able to provide individual attention in every class (like a PT) because of the small class sizes, where they will encourage, support, guide & challenge you but know your limits.
We match ability with intensity to provide an effective functional workout and help you progress, one day at a time.
No two workouts are the same and we use a variety of equipment and movements to make it fun and exciting. Turn up, follow the program, get results. No thinking required - just effort.
We are with you every step of the way with your goals that are outlined in the transformation consultation. So every week we will check in with you, to make sure you are on track to get the desired results! We can then adapt the plan to get you there!
All of our sessions are in small groups, with 1 trainer for every 4 members of the 12 week transformation program. This means you will get all the support you need in a small group session of other women just like you, on their path to achieving their goals!
